Velvet Hex Nails, LLC POLICIES

Please read before placing your order

1. Order Processing

All press-on sets are handmade with care. Please allow 7-14 business days for order processing before your set ships. Processing time may be longer during launches, sales, or holiday periods.

2. Shipping

Orders are shipped after processing is complete. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Velvet Hex Nails is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once your order has been shipped.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and sanitary nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on completed orders.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your set may already be in production and cannot be canceled, edited, or refunded. We will honor time stamps on emails and DM's. If you message us within those 12 hours and we do not get back to you until 24 hours later, we will still honor that. 

6. Application & Care

Proper application and aftercare are important for the best wear. Velvet Hex Nails is not responsible for lifting, breakage, or damage caused by improper sizing, application, or removal. Please follow all care instructions included with your order.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct nail sizes when ordering custom sets. This is especially true when using the SizeKit feature. If you take a blurry photo, we will make do with the photo you provided. It takes a lot of time and energy chasing down sizes. This energy and time could be spent getting your nails to you sooner. If incorrect sizes are provided or blurry photos, Velvet Hex Nails is not responsible for fit issues. 

Handmade Disclaimer

Each set is handmade, so slight variations may occur. Small differences in color, charm placement, or design details make each set unique and are not considered defects.
